                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM ROBERT M. ASHBY AND
                   NANCY T. ASHBY, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 77,
                   BROWNTOWN ROAD COLLECTOR, TRACT NO. 013, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF FIVE THOUSAND FIVE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Robert M. Ashby and Nancy T.
       Ashby, relative to Contract No. 77, Browntown Road Collector,
       Tract No. 013, for a total consideration of $5,500.00.
